FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Create an account on Wonkybot.com by clicking on the “Account” link at the bottom of this page. You will need to type in your username, email address and a password. Then click “Register“. We will then send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with your account details.
Event tickets will be sent to the email address that you provided when you ordered your tickets immediately after a successful payment. If you didn’t receive them in your email please refer to “How do I get my tickets resent“. If a ticket isn’t listed in the “Orders” section of your account than please try purchasing them again.
To get a copy of your tickets click on “Orders” by clicking on “Account” at the bottom of this page. On the orders page, click on the ticket order number which will then take you to the order details page. Clicking on the link of the event your attending will take you the event page. On the event page just above the purchase tickets box will be a link that says “View Your Tickets“, clicking that button will take you to the page where you can view, print and update your attendees.
