FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To delete your Wonkybot.com account, email us at hello@wonkybot.com,

Create an account on Wonkybot.com by clicking on the “My Account” link in the “Shop” navigation menu. You will need to type in your username, email address and a password.  Then click “Register”.  We will then send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with your account details.

First, go to the specific video you want to share, underneath the video, click on one of the “Share” buttons.  If the video is a Facebook video simply click the play button on the video, once the video is playing the Facebook share button will appear.

Event tickets will be sent to the email address that you provided when you ordered your tickets immediately after a successful payment.  If you didn’t receive them in your email please refer to “How do I get my tickets resent”.  If a ticket isn’t listed in the “Orders” section of your account than please try purchasing them again.

To get a copy of your tickets click on “Orders” in the “Shop” menu and log in to your account.  On the orders page, click on the ticket order number which will then take you to the order details page.  Click the link of the event your attending.  On the event page just above the purchase tickets box will be a link that says “View Your Tickets”, clicking that button will take you to the page where you can view, print and update your attendees.
