• Some Services require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
Intellectual Property
• All content, artwork, logos, text, and products are owned by Wonkybot, LLC.
• Personal, non-commercial use only. No reproduction, resale, or modification is allowed.
• Some Wonkybot Entertainment properties, such as The Swines, are fictional works of parody and satire. They are not based on any actual persons, living or dead. Any similarities are purely coincidental.
Use of Services
• Do not interfere with the operation or security of our Services. Third-party platforms may have their own terms, which you must also follow.
• By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, which you may opt out of at any time.
User Content
• By submitting content (including reviews, posts, and media), you grant Wonkybot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Wonkybot, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The maximum liability of Wonkybot, LLC arising out of or relating to the Services is $1,000 USD.
Dispute Resolution
• Except for small claims or intellectual property disputes, all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Nevada.
• You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
• Any disputes not subject to arbitration must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.
Changes to Terms
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting.
• Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
