Wonkybot Studios Launches Tara Tremendous Audio Series

The first three volumes of new audio series Tara Tremendous: The Secret Diaries are available through exclusive distributor Audible.

L.A.-based Wonkybot Studios is expanding its Tara Tremendous franchise with an audio series available exclusively through Audible.com. The first three volumes of the girl-centric superhero series, entitled Tara Tremendous: The Secret Diaries, are available now on the digital audiobook platform.

Tara Tremendous: The Secret Diaries follows the adventures of an 11-year-old girl with superpowers. Featuring the franchise’s original voice actors along with original songs and a full score of background music, it will be released in multiple volumes that focus on friendship, self-image and kindness.

The audio series is created, written, directed and co-composed by Stewart St. John (Sabrina: The Animated Series, Seventeen Again). St. John, along with fellow Wonkybot Studios founders Todd Fisher and Michael Plahuta, serve as producers, with Antoinette Plahuta acting as associate producer.

Wonkybot Studios is also developing Tara Tremendous as both an animated series and a stage musical. Original musical podcast The Secret Diaries of Tara Tremendous launched in February 2016 and went on to become a top children’s podcast on iTunes.
