Origins Unknown Creator Stewart St John Sets Second Horror-Thriller Podcast For Wonkybot Studios

Hot off the premiere of teen thriller podcast series Origins Unknown created by Stewart St John and produced in-house by the production arm of Wonkybot Studios for children’s subscription service Pinna, Wonkybot Studios has greenlit a second podcast thriller created by St John.

The show title and plot line are currently being kept under wraps, but the first season of the show will consist of 10 episodes. As with Origins Unknown, the series will be written and directed by St John, and produced by Wonkybot founders St John, Todd Fisher and Michael Plahuta. St John & Plahuta will also compose the theme song and score the series.

The announcement of the spooky new horror series follows a growing roster of original Wonkybot podcast series aimed at kids, teens and adults. Parents’ Choice 2020 Gold Award Winner Tara Tremendous, Spooky Troop: A Very Scary Christmas, and Spooky Troop: The Last Halloween have recently been joined by The Owlsteins and The Dr. Epicopolis & 1102 Show of Shows. Tara Tremendous: The Egyptian Curse and Origins Unknown are also both Wonkybot created and produced properties, but licensed to different platforms.

Casting for the new Stewart St John horror podcast series has already begun.
